Gym class in 8th grade I was hooked!
Why I Love It:
It's my sanctuary of holiness away from all the bullsh*t. No work, no problems, just me and the weights. Doesn't get any better than that.
How I Stay Motivated:
My progress keeps me motivated as does all my day to day annoyances and irritations. I let all of my anger and aggression out on the weights. I never met a weight I liked ;)

Well, i got an MRI on my back and saw, for the first time, how bad my spinal cord really is. :( check my avy to see that a few inches of my spinal cord is missing :( very, very upsetting when i saw it.

Just a cup for the San Soo (although some of us don't even wear that). We use full gear (head, mouth, wraps/gloves, and shin/instep) for the sparring so nobody accidentally takes out the other person (lol-we're trying to remain friends).
She probably just doesn't want you actually injuring it. PT can help strengthen laggin muscle, bring 'em up to the level of the rest of your physique.

Gooooootzz!! It's goin well enough. We're altenating weekends between San Soo and muay Thai/mma. We drew a lil crowd last Sunday with the ss. No one wanted to get too close to chat though (lol). You been cool?
Yeah I did. Was pretty quiet, not sure you guys woulda liked it. Did get to leg kick and overhand right my bouncer friend though (lol he kept messin wit me, I didn't get 'im hard, jus got my point accross).
