you have to lose fat as a total bodyfat %, you can't just pick where you want to lose fat. Focus on cardio, and good diet and eventually you will get lean enough that the fat will come off. Spot reduction is the big fitness myth ever created

for the present point in time, i think you are better off trying to get as lean as you can. once that is done, then bulk up whilst keeping lean. To build some muscle, concentrate on heavy compound lifts (ie, bench press, deadlift ect) and remember, to get lean, cardio is every helpful. Hope that is of some assistance. The good doctor

to be honest, i do not even know what i measure. In fact, i am not really interested. my arms are 17 and a half inches cold, but i only know that because i just measured them. I dont even bother with measurements to be truthful :)

its probably not the healthiest thing, but it would be interesting just to see if i could get down that low for a competition one day

training is going good, had a photo shoot a couple of weeks ago, so going to have some time off for a few months. been struggling with injuries this year and i am getting rather sick of dieting so i will look to return to peak condition early next year

and also, i am 100% natural, always have been, always will be drug free. I compete WNBF, a drug tested federation so anything can be achieved without drugs, it just takes a LOT of work

Thank you, it was a killer, but anything can be done if you are prepared to train and diet like a mentalist lol! best of luck with all your goals in 09

a photo shoot for a gym chain which should be fun. I do some fitness modelling work here in australia when i am in peak condition. I dont walk around ripped all year though, always in the gym but i am somewhat endomorphic so it'd be a struggle to walk around cut 24/7

thanks dude. for me, it took a strict diet and a TON of cardio. Anything can be achieved when you put your mind to it. having said that though, it sure helps to have a kamikaze, do or die mentality like me lol!

if your making good gains then i would not use any supplements. As it stands i dont use many myself, only protein powder and creatine
