Goals:
Main Goal: Gain Muscle
Goal (Short): To gain Muscle To Enter A Bodybuilding Contest By Next Summer
Goal (Long): I want to gain some major muscle and decrease my bodyfat to compete in competitions. By the beginning of next summer i am going to cut my bodyfat down to 8 to 6 percent. Once i get into some competitions i hope to pursue some type of carrer in this industry and my ultimate goal would be to enter into the WWE.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 15 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 8%

Hey, i'm doing great in training! Lifting heavy to build some needed lean mass. I joined the gym yesterday so that should help. How is all with you? getting closer to those goals?

Hey Ben, hope training is going well. Just got back from business trip to HK & China - little time for shopping :( No gym / no time. Training tmrw after 2 weeks. Taking Animal Cuts, Protein and asst. vitamins. Need to steo it up a few notches as summer is near. Jane X

Yea I definitely noticed a difference but I stopped taking it, cos it runs a little on the expensive side :(. And I'm saving up to try something else that's also expensive: sprayflex.
