thats good too hear. actually i have cheerleading and marching band thats wasting most of my time lol- hopefully once school starts in like 10 days ill get back on track

Hey, i'm doing great in training! Lifting heavy to build some needed lean mass. I joined the gym yesterday so that should help. How is all with you? getting closer to those goals?

Hey Ben, hope training is going well. Just got back from business trip to HK & China - little time for shopping :( No gym / no time. Training tmrw after 2 weeks. Taking Animal Cuts, Protein and asst. vitamins. Need to steo it up a few notches as summer is near. Jane X

Yea I definitely noticed a difference but I stopped taking it, cos it runs a little on the expensive side :(. And I'm saving up to try something else that's also expensive: sprayflex.
