I was only like 12. The next year I got salmonella poisoning. Worked out for the better but I almost died, lol.

I was only about 13 in that pic. I got salmonella about a year later and almost died. Lost a bunch of weight and started working out after. Didnt start BBing until I was 22 though.

Bench has always been a really good lift for me. I only do it like once a month anymore, because I have had a couple close calls. I just strained my right pec a couple times and the last thing I ever want to do is tear it. It is fun to get on there and push some weight every once in a while though.

Well the Cheesecake Factory is a must post contest, haha. Yeah I have one more week then I will feel your pain for 11 fun weeks! The worst will be getting back on the stairmill for the first time.

drop sets are just going to failure then taking off some weight and doing as many extra reps as you can...

Well I can't lie, Bally's does kinda suck. Which 24 hour do you work out at. I was going to join one when I was training for the show since Ballys hours are so awful. Congrats on the show you look great!

Hit them at least every three days. do two to three different movements and 3 sets of 15-25 reps. be consistant. i had cankles so i know the feeling. keep training and it will pay off it just takes time. thanks for the comments.

I love your training videos. It is always just you in a huge empty gym. It doesn't happen to often anymore but I love lifting in a gym when there is nobody else there. You luck like you are doing a great job with your bulk. Later.
