I guess I kind of hit rock bottom. It just seemed like all that I was doing was getting wasted. So one day I woke up and decided to change things. I started doing a lot of cardio and some lifting just to get into shape. Once I got some fat off I started to really like lifting a lot more. After I got serious about lifting it seemed like my body completely changed within 3 months, I loved it. I just kept on trying to learn everything I could about training and dieting. I just want to keep learning and keep making improvements and we will see what happens from there.
Why I Love It:
When I am lifting I just turn the headphones on and go to work. For hour and a half or so nothing else matters. Anything that might have been bothering me before is gone. Nothing compares to it for me, it is like a drug. Everybody has something in life that they are passionate about and this is my passion. It may be expensive, time consuming and a little bit crazy but I love every minute of it.
How I Stay Motivated:
Watching clips of Dorian Yates and some of the other greats always helps. I mostly keep motivated by setting goals that all lead to my ideal of the perfect body.

Gaining weight and losing bodyfat is a combo that i like.
Plans changed again. Had to start a new job at the beginning of the year and then got a better offer so I had to change again. So, next week I should be able to get back to my normal schedule and start training with the intention of competing in July.
Description: Sorry the camera is sideways. It was the first time I used this camera. I will make sure I don'd that next time. Just a couple sets from a shoulder workout and some posing. I have one more week of fun then I start contest prep.
