guest hello my name is natasha.I tend to go in and out of being a fruitarian because the only time im successful being a fruitarian is when i isolate myself from everyone, other wise i end up eating like them, which is obviously unhealthy foods.I started again today not only to look better but to feel better. I definitly feel the difference when i eat healthy.I was wondering if i eat 1 avacado a day would that be to much and promote weight gain? Aug 15, 2009 1:14pm
