Anyone that knows me knows how I like to trash talk, well my mouth got me into a friendly little showdown with a vegan on a vegan fitness board.....so I figured hey why not bust the challenge doors down completely!!!!
One of the members made this up specially which I thought was too cool...
hello my name is natasha.I tend to go in and out of being a fruitarian because the only time im successful being a fruitarian is when i isolate myself from everyone, other wise i end up eating like them, which is obviously unhealthy foods.I started again today not only to look better but to feel better. I definitly feel the difference when i eat healthy.I was wondering if i eat 1 avacado a day would that be to much and promote weight gain?

How much fruit do you eat to gain muscle? I assume you do it by calories? What is a sample menu for a day of your eating please?

Make plans to join us at the first annual Metroflex Strongman Classic on Saturday February 16 in Fort Worth. Go to www.metroflexgym.com for more information. Compete or just come watch. See you there.
Great news, Brian Dobson (Owner of Metroflex Gym)in Arlington, Texas has open his schedule for 2008 to add 5 one hour training slots each week. Brian is the guy who trained 8 times Mr. Olympia Ronnie Coleman and Pro Branch Warren. Brian is offering a fee of just $50 per hour for his services. Normally for someone his level would be $100 plus per hour. Go to the next level in 2008 and learn from the legend. Check out www.metroflexgym.com about Metroflex and for Brian's contact information.
Howdy! Wow, a fruitarian. I just QUIT being a vegeterian last summer - after 8 years and 8 months. I figured meat would help build some muscle prior to my last show...favorable results :-)
See ya' around - going to the Ronnie? I'm in north Dallas... -Dawn Melanie
