When I Started:
How I Started: My step mom is a huge icon in the health and fitness world and she pretty much launched me in the right direction at a young age.
Why I Love It: I think being Fit and Healthy are the most important things in life. They will improve your life and everything around you.
How I Stay Motivated: I set goals and once I have achieved these goals I make new ones and so on.

I finally had an amazing night of meditation and was able to very effectively run Quantum energy!! It was awesome!! I feel back in my groove!! Hope your day is fantastic Jared!!

I was chekin out your site. It seems like it is what I needed, some real specific direction on meals. I will keep looking around. I'm sorry I missed the begginning of the 6 pack challenge but I think I will try it from the beggining. I saw one once around my waist, about 15 years ago.

I did the workout with the 500m row, 30 box jumps, 30 sumo deadlift high pulls...25 minutes..PUKED halfway through round 4! lmao! But finished!! Sounds like you ROCKED your workout!! Today its push/pull and THANK GOD...cause my legs and ass huuuuurrrrt!! lol

They ROCK! You know you have worked when you do one!! Today i'm doing 5 rounds of 500m Row, 30 box jumps and 30 sumo deadlift highpulls! Then when I recover I might tack on one of their ab routines too! I just checked out your ab articles! AWESOME!! I want your abs! lol

NOOOO I didnt keep up my workouts! Did do two KILLER crossfit workouts (well 5 really...3 routines one day and 2 the next - you know what they are like so you know how brutal that is!). Did tons of walking around and the snorkeling was great...so weight stayed the same...but I'm back on track now!! Mostly will be doing the crossfit and then two days a week of push/pull!

Omgosh! I have to check out the ab articles!! I (blushing) admit I havent been on the site for a few weeks now. I will correct that today!! A wave knocked me over when I was taking my fins off...coral bite BURNS! lol But I definatly LOVED snorkeling and must do it again when I get a chance!

I'm good! The trip was absolutely awesome!! If you look close on my avi pic you can see where the coral bite my bootie on my snorkeling trip! lol. Thats awesome you found a new fight!! How is the website and business going?? YOU HAVE TO POST FIGHTS!! lol. I want to watch!! lol
