Note that I am relaxed and not tanned. The lighting is not particularly flattering in this pic (or the other). I have lost a lot of weight since then. Notice how the traps are too dominant. I want to bring out the upper pecs, side and rear delts to balance things out.

I worked so hard to get this far. I really was trying to get a six pack. I had to take this picture early because I was getting surgery. I will have a six pack in my next series of progress pictures.

Here I am at the end of my diet. I was still on creatine so I am holding onto a lot of water. I lost a lot of weight though, from 205 lbs to 176 lbs.
