We don't get the fit show out here in CT that I am aware of. Besides UFC, it would probably be the only thing I would ever watch. I'm calling my cable company............
I just watched this episode and I really liked it. I am really pleased with the direction the FitShow has gone, looks good and Stan made a great show. So a big A+ for Stan too!
This is not an easily earned congratulations from me, as the guys from the FitShow will tell you. And I know them for some time. But my Congratulations to the FitShow on this one and a big one to Stan McQuay.
