How I Started:
I been working out off & on since high school. I started taking it more serious around 2000.
Why I Love It:
I work out during lunch so it gives me a chance to get away from work. I also like seeing the gains that I make from week to week & how I feel after the workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking in the mirror and knowing that I could always do a little better.
BB Accomplishments:
Over the years I've gained about 20lbs and last fall I got down to under 12% bodyfat.

Mechanical engineering by degree, more project engineering in my current role. I don't handle a lot of electrical - my motto is "Electrons: can't see 'em, don't trust 'em" LoL
