How I Started:
I been working out off & on since high school. I started taking it more serious around 2000.
Why I Love It:
I work out during lunch so it gives me a chance to get away from work. I also like seeing the gains that I make from week to week & how I feel after the workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking in the mirror and knowing that I could always do a little better.
BB Accomplishments:
Over the years I've gained about 20lbs and last fall I got down to under 12% bodyfat.

171 After shoulder surgery.
This is how I normally look. My weight usually stays in the low 170's.
I had Subacromial decompression surgery performed on my right shoulder. The Dr. grind about 1/2inch off.

shoulder surgery must be just awful. my father in law had it. I have been lucky to never have any joint injuries of any duration.
