How I Started: The end of a long relationship, wanting to be healthy, and knowing what I need to do to reach my goals in life.
Why I Love It: I know in the end it will all be worth it.
How I Stay Motivated: Adding a few pounds every time I hit the gym. Along with going to work everyday knowing that it’s not what I want to do. I know I need to make a lot of changes to get to my ultimate goal.
