My lifting/workouts have suffered over the last few years. Work, a shoulder injury and day-to-day stress have eroded my previous gains. I am rededicating myself to living healthier and training smarter.
Damn, it's been nearly 2 months since I made an entry. I'd like to say I've been kickin' ass and taking names in the gym but sadly, that hasn't been the case. I suffered a setback in the gym and stopped lifting. Things seem to be back in order and will easing into it again.
Thanks bro, much appreciated! It sounds like you have a plan of attack in place to rebuild your shoulder strength, size and shape. Let me know from time to time how you are doing. -Jeff
Hey catch me up, I haven't been in front of a computer in a long while which will change soon and I'll be able to get up to speed with ya'. So hit me up with your training and shoulder stuff!

Man, you got some shoulder intense stuff in here. They must have fixed that sucker good! I trash my shoulder with just seated BB miitary presses, side raises! I worked out with a co worker last night which kicked ass I did legs in the morning and shoulder/back at night to pick up a missed leg day Tuesday. Worked a 10 hour day to top it off so it was an intense day! I also did interval cardio every day on the elli! Hope to way in less than 260 on Sat!
Man I was out for a while here just getting caught up. Working 2 sometimes 3 jobs! It really gets in the way of living. Read your blogs, have you always done reverse wrist curls? I added the and have noticed a huge increase in forearm size already due to all the weight you can due these with! I am going to arm wrestle a huge plumber friend of mine who thinks 17 years of plumbing will win over any amount of training I can do. (continued below....)
(.....continued from above) Looks like your shoulder bothered you a bit in the beginning but is getting better? Hope so! Hopefully the volume in your workouts will get that shoulder bullet proofed!

Hey bro, great to see that you are able to get back into training. I assume that you have healed up well? Anyway, continued success with your training. -Jeff
Hey Hey! Saw your comment on my post thanks! So 7lbs huh, did you tell him what you were curling or just laugh at him! Well it must be hard to listen and work out with his recomendations so props brother! So what did he say you could bench press? Hopefully he knows a BB weighs 45lbs by itself! He'll probably tell you to use DB's. Oh well whatever he tells you it'll probably get you on track faster so awesome to hear man!

In the words of LL cool J: "Don't call it a comeback I been here for years"
"Don't ever compare me to the rest
They'll all get sliced and diced
Competition's payin' the price"
Not that I'm an LL Cool J fan....really, I'm not!

What time do I go to bed? Well to be honest late. Sometimes 12:00AM which i know is bad as I end up on 5 hours sleep sometimes but as I get back into it here I will typically hit the hay at 8PM at the earliest for 7 hours sleep. I love getting up early for a workout because it's so damn quiet and no distractions Even the horses are quiet!
I don't know if you saw my "Best cardio day ever" blog check it out!

I thought I dropped you a line earlier but guess I didn't. I did however check the new pics. Good to see it all stitched up. I hope the new hydraulic arm kick ass!LOL! Anyway if I didn't say it before I'm back in action and dropping my ramblings again. Can't wait to hear you back in it! I know you have a while yet. Awesome you're still working around it! A lot of people would've fallen off but you just got to much work into it for that! Talk at ya' later!
