How I Started:
Started working out with my girlfriend on September 22 and were doing our best to keep going 6 days a week. You have 56.5% body fat. You have 140.1 Pounds of fat and 107.9 Pounds of lean (muscle, bone, body water) Its Bad but i think its the truth , calculated online....
Why I Love It:
I Love it because it i see changes in me , and that gets me motivated to try harder and harder to achieve a better me , phisically and mentally! (Im failing on the mental part tough! :P)
How I Stay Motivated:
Me and my girlfriend push each other when the will to go lacks... I guess thats why i chose the name TheEffort. its a daily fight and im not willing to lose it!
BB Accomplishments:
Untill now , i would say the fact that im keeping on going to the gym...

I weighted 255 lbs when i started Lifting weights , i wanna lose 55 pounds , till i get to the 200 lbs! thats my target weight ... when i achieve it , then well see ... ill probably try to learn a Martial Art or something and maybe lose some more weight , while continuing going to the gym...oh , and to obtain the so desired 6 pack!!! Right now my six pack is so developed that looks like just one muscle ... a round one! lol

Im currently taking Altered State from Muscle Asylum Project , and as a Shake Muscle Milk, my breakfast substitute.
