My long term goals is to have a Lean beach body that myself and others can enjoy. I have always wanted the more muscular look but never could achieve it. I am currently 226#'s and would like to be lean with 15-18%% body fat or so within the next 6-12 months.

I did go out before T day.. ha. don't want to talk about it. :/ and really I had half a slice of pie. I wasn't feeling good. Been sick for 3 weeks or so and my lungs still suck. I'm the one coughin in the gym all over the weights. :)

Just set a knew goal.I had to make a decision.Weather I was going to comptete in spring or not.No I'm not I don't want to do the winter bulking in order to gain more muscle.I'm just goig to compete against myself to be the best me,That I can look at myself and say 1st .I don't need a trophy
