My long term goals is to have a Lean beach body that myself and others can enjoy. I have always wanted the more muscular look but never could achieve it.
I am currently 226#'s and would like to be lean with 15-18%% body fat or so within the next 6-12 months.

Things are good..monday's are tough. I workout at 5:30 am! It came way to early this morning. How are your workouts coming? How many do you get in a week?

I guess so! I didn't cheat while I was losing weight tho - I was super-strict! That's the only way to get fast results. What are you up to?
