I have worked out off and on since the age of 12 with my dad and due to sports (wrestling and track) from junior high up through college. Since then I joined the military so now I get a good cardio workout from PT. But I wasn't too serious about bulking up or committing to solid bodybuilding routine until one day my wife told me that I could never achieve a muscular physique because I dont have the body type. I told her anything is possible with dedication. So now I am putting forth the effort and dedication to do it, not just to prove her wrong but more importantly prove to myself I have the discipline to do it.
Why I Love It:
It is very positive for the body. I can see and feel the results almost instantly. The adrenaline rush I get from it is insane!
How I Stay Motivated:
I got my dad motivated to go back to the gym. So now we keep each other psyched by doing "muscle talk" (basically bragging to each other about our progress for that week and what goals we are shooting for in weeks to come.) Also Being a Christian I use the Bible scripture "I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me." (Philippians 4:13) as a great motivator to make me strive harder!

I read an article about steroids in the planet muscle magazine Aug/Sep issue, and it said some pretty interesting things about steroids; in particular Dianabol. It stuck out in my mind because I take Dianabol! What threw me off was that it said Dianabol is no longer around today,...
man, if you lose weight by breathing then you know what to do. Become a lazy fat slob. Well, no, don't become that but act like it. Make sure you're eating quality calories though and training.
It takes a while but its worth it. You don't want to become fat and sloppy and then try to figure out how to get rid of that mess.
