When I Started:
2004
How I Started:
My friend started going to the college gym and invited me to come along with him. It was hard at first because i didnt know what to do.
Why I Love It:
Ive always been thin and at school people have always gone on about how im so thin. People never realised how insulting i found it and told me it was ok to tell someone they are thin. Yet if i said someone was fat it was a bad thing to say.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing other people in better shape than me and then wanting to be like them.
BB Accomplishments:
No major ones but i have gained about a stone or a little more in weight since i have started.

Hey Mark, from your pics, we seem to have a similar body type. I am struggling with the fat too. And as you must know, being light skin doesn't help with showing definition! I would really like some abs, but it's just not happening yet. I am focusing on increasing my strength right now and hopefully, my body will look better as a side effect. Haha.
Hey Mark, I don't know why but I feel I need to tell you this. It IS okay to be yourself, whether thin or overweight or muscular. When you're happy with being who you are, the gains will come. That said, your bicep looks great. Good luck with your goals; you can achieve them with a lot of hard work and dedication.
