PlymouthGeorge Rest of split braH TRICEPS: 4 sets of skull crushers 4 sets of dips 4 sets of push downs End with DB overhead extentions till failure Wednesday: Shoulders/Legs SHOULDERS: 4 sets heavy DB press 3 sets side lateral raise 3 sets front lateral raise 3 sets seated rear delt raise 4 sets HEAVY DB shrugs LEGS: 4 sets heavy leg press 4 sets leg extentions I then repeat that for thursday, friday and saturday and have sunday off. PlymouthGeorge Monday: Chest/Biceps CHEST: 4 sets of heavy DB press incline 4 sets of DB press flat Sometimes few sets of DB decline 4/5 sets of flys either DB or cables 2/3 sets of DB pull-overs End chest with press ups till failure BICEPS: 5 sets of Barbell curls 5 sets of hammer curls End biceps with '21s' Tuesday: Back/Triceps BACK: Pull ups till failure Chin ups till failure 4/5 sets of pull downs 3/4 sets of Rows 3/4 sets of reverse pec fly (rear delts) Ill send the rest in a sec Apr 26, 2013 2:59pm
