When I Started:
How I Started:
After lifting through highschool (football player) I graduated, started smoking pot and quit lifting. After a few life changes, I got back into it, hardcore and learned about the role of nutrition.
Why I Love It:
I love being able to decide what I look like. I like the discipline involved and I like knowing that I have more than an average person.
How I Stay Motivated:
Mainly through seeing positive gains. Negative gains (or losses) motivate me too. Also, having the best body my girlfriend has ever seen keeps me motivated.
BB Accomplishments:
-finally got that six pack and haven't lost it
-bench pressed twice my body weight
-ran a mini marathon as a smoker
-quit smoking

Just got a job with the LA Examiner as their mma fitness author. Just did an interview with Eddie Bravo, doing one with my Kru Kat (who's fighting next Sat 8-15), and might get one with John Danaher soon (he's doing a seminar at Dmaul's school Aug 22/23).
