mrkdrt Hey man, no worries! I'm going to be completely honest. I used to do abs maybe once or twice a week in my younger days (mainly when I wasn't training very hard), and I could never seem to get them to show. The key is leanness, and now I never do abs. An that's the truth. I would though recommend leg raises, and weighted crunches, etc Cheers! Apr 14, 2010 9:59am
