How I Started: I used to use the gym at school and the teacher said to me joking, that i was his gym manager and it made me feal great but didnt take it up until i was 19 but you gotta start somewere.
Why I Love It: It makes you feel great that surge of blood to the working muscles you no that one day you gonna look as good as you feel.
How I Stay Motivated: Other people who have the passion for bodybuilding and the people who use the gym and the bodyspacers its you people out their that help me find the motivation, seeing what you all have acheviced helps me to work that little harder to achieve my goals two.

What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
possibly the bench press cuz if its heavy enough it could probly decapitate you,, saying that most exercise's are, but its if your an idiot and do them improperly,, most people who train see these peo...more

thanks for the add mate, i just really want to get bigger chest and arms, more defined abs too. but cant seem to gain weight, any tips?
