How I Started:
I began working out because I was tired of being really overweight. I was 245lbs in high school, so my parents purchased me a bowflex. I used it religiously. I went down to 168lbs at 11% bodyfat, I also obtained strenght. I was still able to bench 300lbs at this weight. After a couple weeks I went to live on my college campus last november and you know the rest of the story. I am currently living back home and I can't get my old physique back no matter what I do......
Why I Love It:
I love the intensity of it. I get a rush when I am trying to lift a huge amount of weight.
How I Stay Motivated:
I try to keep in mind how far I have came, this helps me to keep pushing.
BB Accomplishments:
1. Benching 350lbs
2. Going from 245lb to 168lb 2 years ago.
3. Sticking with weight training this long.
