Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
Yes
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
Workout log, it's just the way I have done it since the very beginning it's sort of personal like a diary and a workout log is something that can be carried with you and referenced at any location.

Working too much. Otherwise real good. I trained legs this a.m. and I can hardly walk (lol). You can check out my blog to see what I did. How are you doing? Did you train today?
Well, I helped clean house. Then, I went to work and worked 5 hours. Then, I went to the store. I ate dinner ad took a nap. Now, I am making oatmeal raisin cookies wth one of my boys.
