How I Started:
I started lifting because I wanted to further my career in baseball and I knew that wasn't gonna be possible witht he physique I had. Just kinda hit the ground running.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of accomplishment and the joy of competing against my greatest competitor... myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
Mostly self motivated, what I don't do someone else is so I gotta give it everything I got so I have no regrets. I'm kind of a give everything or give nothing kinda person. Also when I'm a little unmotivated I take a trip to Animalpak.com.

Goal (Long):
My main goals at the moment are to maximize my strength for my size and work on my mobility. IE flexibilty, agilty, and speed. Ultimately I want to go pro and I want to reach these goals to get me there.

Ok its season now I took a break from bodyspace.. I've gotten down to my target weight and relative body fat % as they are all a little off.. feeling good and hopefully it reflects in my playing.. I should be getting some pics up sometime? Not sure when though but damn its good to be in season
