I got started working out, playing football.
Why I Love It:
I love to work out and stay in shape. I love the way my body feels, I feel HEALTHY.
How I Stay Motivated:
I've played High School, College and a little Pro Ball. And now I play Semi Pro Football. So I stay in the gym to keep my body good and strong, so I won't get killed on game day. Not bad for a 40 year old WR.

I'm afraid not. I can run on it and do stuff, however, it starts to bother me during. It's not what it should be and I have to mindful of it which is very annoying.
