How I Started:
I felt horrible about how I looked, it depressed me. My friend who took up lifting over a year and a half ago kept pushing me and pushing me until eventually I just got into the gym and did it.
Why I Love It:
I love feeling the pumps, the reaching new goals. Once the music hits I'm in the zone, and for an hour or so, nothing else in my life matters. When I get home,
How I Stay Motivated:
I strive to do weight I have never done. I think about how much it's going to help me in martial arts, and how teh womens are gonna like it down the road too. ;)
BB Accomplishments:
I started lifting publically in the gym!

NOCTURNAL
I felt sorry for all the guys packing into gyms, trying to look like what Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger said they should. Self-improvement is masturbation. Self-destruction is the answer.

To improve for both Taekwondo and Mixed Martial Arts while unable to practice at school through weight lifting.
Goal (Long):
My overall goal is to learn as many martial arts as I possibly can so I can become a more well rounded teacher. Therefore my body must be up to par. What I have now is nothing to be proud of, I know I can do much better. I do not want nor need to be huge. My overall goal is to drop from 176 to around 150ish with a low (10 or 8) % BF.
Not literally of course, that is just the first track I listen to out of the ten filthy, brutal, Black Dahlia Murder songs that guide me through my workout. Two weeks ago I was moping around my apartment, talking to one of my best friends who...
cool..a few weeks ago, i just picked up the S5 IS. i just couldn't justify the price difference of an SLR. i'm glad i went with what i did. the camera's fantastic!
Good luck with what you choose. The only path I've found worked for me was the martial arts path it even lead me to the Marines and back. You should also beef up your BodySpacw with pics and stuff!
