Review: TSN's LCAR+GCBE is an excellent formulation of some newer fat burning agents in the supplement market. I've been stacking it with my preWO products and noticed some nice energy benefits and just felt all around better during my workouts. I'm not currently cutting so I didn't take this before meals as GCBE supposedly has appetite suppressing properties, but this would be a plus if you're trying to eat less.

Review: Good tasting PreWO with a hefty dose of caffeine. I dont tolerate the high-dose of stimulants well but Im sure this would suit stim junkies better. Would like to see some higher doses of proven ingredients also, seems like certain things are under-dosed in these concentrated PreWO powders.

Beast nailed the flavor and mixability here, and the value is tough to beat. This would also be a great option to those looking for a non-stim based preworkout product.

EPtoUW202 yea thats kinda what im doin just to put on some size. just doin mon- chest, tues - back, wed-legs, thursday -delts and friday arms. reps between 6 and 8 usually but once a month i drop to sets of 3 or 4 on the big lifts just to make sure my power is still goin up. i usually do 3-4 lifts per body part, starting with multi joint big lifts first. and i mix up the smaller lifts every week just to hit the muscles from a different angle.
