im doing good, the weather has been rather nice in Rochester if you can believe that. The summer was dry even right now as we speak the temps been in the upper 70s. Guess i shouldn't ask you how the weather is (dont answer) lol. Your looking fit as always. Well i just added some mustard and hot sauce which worked out well. Tuna fish i couldn't stand any more. The chicken breast chunks in the can work better taste wise. Ok is 5:00am and im off to the gym

cuz, for me to post my pic would scare alot of people, doesn't help that im full blood Italian and carry around extra set of carpet. BIGFOOT hair bear YUCK. There are a few local roch member on this site, but mixed about area of work out sites

Sup Salad Man, no i work out at Extreme Fitness, kinda old school but I like it very quiet and i can focus on my workout. plus i go early morning before work even better keep in touch

This is the best I can do with pics, plus the fur does not show my true def. This is after about 4 months of training. Input would be nice, but not needed.

Shaw, i'm taking GNC Ultra Mega vit about to run out. Do you recommend any of the vit on this site? Like Opti-Men, or AST Multi Pro 32X. Or just stick to the GNC

Going good, Vaso/Xtend combo is working really nice. Do get a slight headache, but not to bad. My weights have increase by at least 10 pound (exp. flat bench dumbells was 60max per db 7-8 reps, now 70max per db 6-7 reps) What a burn and pump. I will get those pics out by next week.
