How I Started:
I got very ill in October of 2004, a number of food sensitivities appeared out of nowhere and it was time for me to go from the average junk eating teen to a more health conscious individual. The following April, I have made such progress in reducing my weight from the diet changes I was forced to make, exercising was the next logical step.
Why I Love It:
It gives me a true feeling of accomplishment every time I reach another short term goal.
How I Stay Motivated:
The constant results I see month after month, and the thought that one day I too may have a body as great as some of the others on here.
BB Accomplishments:
I would say a major accomplishment would be the transformation of my body from 315lbs on Oct 2004 to 230lbs as of Aug 2007.

I want to lose 50 pounds of fat within the next year. (January 26th 2009 - January 26th 2009)
Goal (Long):
I have been dieting for almost 4 years now, and my goal has always been to one day obtain a body fat percentage low enough to see my abdominal muscles. And from their slowly increase my lean body mass, at which point I can finally attain the title bodybuilder. I've already lost a considerable amount of weight, so I know that my goal is well within reason.
