How I Started:
I started way back in eighth grade, and I tried every thing, but made very little results! In tenth grade i really made some insane gains in strength and size and from there it's been going great!
Why I Love It:
There is no other feeling as great after you finish a great workout, or know you have made progress! I like watching my body change and strength soar!
How I Stay Motivated:
I like to read the magazines, and from other people in the gym.

Basically my senior year in high school I was a monster!
Today went pretty good, started the workout with flat bench presses with 4 sets of 4-6 reps, then onto incline presses 4 sets of 4-6 reps, then to flyes 4 sets of 10,6,6,5 reps with the 50's, finally 3 sets of cable crossovers. i finished the workout with abs and called it a day. i put down...
Awesome you know what show you want to do yet? I am hitting it hard and about to finish up with my bulk in two weeks hoping to finsih off at around 320. Really excited about my shows next year, got 3 of them!!
Been hitting it hard, twice a day 6 days a week. trying to put on more size. Just started this training program and really seeing some good results already.
