started excersising with some soldiers and future soldiers, saw that i was gaining muscle fast so i decided to take it to the next level

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
listen to metallica disturbed or any other hard rock/metal band to get my heart racing and blood pumping
How has bodybuilding and fitness helped you in your career?
it really helped me being able to lift 80lbs boxes over my head at 3am
