How I Started:
I ran track in high school. I was some what of a long distance runner,400m and the 800m.Woke up and went to the weight room actually hated it. As i got older i began to get into to more. As i vot into it more i began to fall i love... Soon enough it became a big part of my life. I Still got a long way to go on this journey!

Gaining about 25lbs, hell i use to weigh 145. ... One step at a time. Just waking up to be in the gym at 5 am!

Goal (Long):
For so long i've been a skinny kid... Now that im a man its past time to be a massive God....I'm diffenently working on my weak points. Bring up more mass in my arms, lats, back, chest, and quads. I want to get to a 275 bench and a 300 squat by the end of the year. That's just the beginning....

Make sure you eat a lot but eat well...protein (chicken, fish, some red meat)...have a look at my blog too it may help. As far as exercises though make sure you are doing squats, lunges leg extensions, leg curls, calf raises, and leg press...that should help release more growth hormone and help you increase overall size...do work upper body and stuff to but just make sure to hit lower body hard!!!
We don't see the changes in looking in the mirror at ourselves because we overlook the gradual improvements. Try filling in the body measurements section and remeasure at the end of everyweek and I promise you will see change and you will like it. That's what helps me push with everything I've got at the gym. As far as a workout plan, I got mine from this website. I used the workout generator.
