How I Started:
Growing up i was a real chubby boy, then the summer of my 13th year i went from 5'3 165lbs to 5'10 and kept the weight. I realized yet i got sexy within a summer so i kinda went with it. Joined Lacrosse so i started to lift,, but i never got the full effect of lifting through high school. My diet overall was ass so no matter how much i lifted i was not really showing as i should have been. When college started for me i realized i had a lot of free/spare time so i started to life and get more into bulking. Done with my bulking process (for the meantime) now its time to shred. So far i love the outcome.
Why I Love It:
Love to sweat, love to look at myself day in day out. I am kind of cocky but i mean come on now shall i be all depressed because i am so damn good looking?
How I Stay Motivated:
I guess it would be the competitive side in me, i have a twin so we have always be at it not to mention in the real work there is always someone who has a better 'this' or a better 'that'.
BB Accomplishments:
Losing 22lbs of fat and gaining 11lbs of lean muscle mass in 3 months.

I am weak now that i have been losing weight but once my shredding stages are completed and i am happy with the results i will start gaining lean muscle and then bulk up. My goal is to be benching 250lbs, squatting 375lbs, performing 25 consecutive pull-ups and 50 consecutive push-ups.
