How I Started:
It started with getting in shape and just not staying a overweight kid. I thought I knew most things about working out, but boy was I wrong! There is so much, and more to even be discovered. Now I know this is the lifestyle I love and care for. Creating the perfect image out of my body.
Why I Love It:
I love it, because you can always improve! I love it, because of the pump you get in the gym, the taste of a great protien shake after a workout, and the feeling of satisfaction once your day is done.
How I Stay Motivated:
Personally I havn't got to the point where I think I have room to talk about not being motivated, because I still feel I need to go down to 132, and then after that gain 10 pounds of hopefully pure muscle in the next half year to year. But if there is one thing that motivates me is looking at the stars like Brad Pitt, Mario Lopez, Arnold S, etc. And who doesn't have the motivation to get the girls haha.
BB Accomplishments:
Once I Get A Six Pack (Just Got 4 Now), And Accomplish All My Lifting Goals Then I Will Type It On Here, But Nothing Yet.
