I have lost some significant weight about a year ago and was pretty happy about the results, but then Christmas goodies showed up. I started to gain around Christmas and it has just kept going. I've always dabbled in weight lifting and constastly looking to women's health mag. and bodybuilding.com for different exercises. It now has come to the point of unbearable weight gain. My problem areas, like many women, are in the butt, thighs, and for me my front pouch. In the long term goals, I want to shed the extra weight and become pretty defined. I don't have a specific weight, because it's not about a number, but more of a look, and plus I don't know what look would correspond with what number. I would like some reasonable results by the beginning of summer.

What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
Pants, tank top with a sweater, in the winter. Shorts and a T-shirt in the summer. I wear a sweater in the winter, becuase I don't like bringing a jacket in, so the sweater is just fine.
I am seriously trying to get motived into losing weight but the whole food thing is really bringing me down. I am allergic to milk, soy makes me bloated and feel like a big water balloon, I want to try egg white protein shakes, but I am hoping I don't get gassy. My stomach is so sensitive. All...
