Overall Goal: Lose fat, i've got the working out bit down, now i just have to stay 100 percent commited to clean eating, i look back on my progress from the last three months and wonder where it could have been had i been eating clean the WHOLE TIME!!!

Well, I was an overweight child from the age of 12-16 ish, I got tired of being fat. One day when I got on the scale and saw 280 flash by, I realized that 300 lbs was a hop, skip and a jump away, and that once i reached that weight, I would more than likely give up at ever being fit. So i started from there, with Tae-bo at home, yoga, and learning the basics about eating well and food portions.
Why I Love It:
I love seeing my body doing new things I never thought were possible. After i took a few Kung-fu lessons with an ex -boyfriend I began to really take off.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing my family and their health issues, I also stay motivated because it's fun, after losing the weight and getting more mobile and confident, i found out that I usually ENJOY moving my body.
This is me, six years ago in highschool I lost 60 lbs, dropping from 280 lbs to 220...four years passed, i maintained that. Three months ago i started working out again in earnest, i've now lost another 15 lbs...and i hope to continue my progress, getting the body i know i deserve.
SO, I can see a diff in stomach, legs, still need much, much work!

I would go a little higher in my deficit than the norm. With your stats you can get away with it. I would shoot for 2100 calories with a macro split of 45/25/30. So you're looking at:

Epi is a great field - lots of options. I'm sure that your general interest in fitness and physiology will inform your professional pursuits. How much time do you have left before you complete the degree?
