How I Started:
I got started in Jan. 2006, when one of my friends said he was stronger than me and that I'd always be skinny and I'd never be strong.
Why I Love It:
I love it because I view it as a challenge, a challenge to better yourself day in and day out and never get into a funk.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by continually improving my looks and my strength. Also, I have a partner that breeds competition within us.

What chest workout has worked best for you?
3 sets= Incline Bench Press

What supplements do you take immediately before your workout? Why?
I take my vitamins and my supplements before my workout because, if I don't then my workout that I'll perform later will not give the maximum result that it should and it'll basically be a botched wor...more

What supplements do you take immediately after your workout? Why?
I take a whey protein shake, because right after my workout my body needs protein fast, and whey protein is the fastes dissolved protein so in my opinion it's a win-win.
