I used to be at a comfortable weight of 103 pounds. This summer changed when I began to over indulge on foods which are very healthy for you but contain a great amount of fat which of course will add extra pounds (which it did!) to the human body. The last time I was weighed I cried in realizing I had a lot of work ahead of me to redeem myself for letting go of all the hard work I put into my body over the past year. I am a competitive swimmer in college and doing the 50 free and 100 free sprinting events requires me to be slender and light as I need to be able to literally fly in the water. If I can get back down to 103 pounds I will be very satisfied!

What leg workout has worked best for you?
The squat. Take two dumbbells hold them in front of you, close to chest and squat. Boy does that burn feel good!

I ride a 6'6 Flexfire, its tough being tall and heavy to find a fast enough board. I am destined to ride a mal once i get old and fat, so i might give up and get one next. What do you ride?
