when i go back to the states i think i might work there on the weekends... just to make it thru school,, ya know? but i would rather work in bradenton.. when i was workin there they were talking about a place in sarasota... i wonder if they are still talkin about it... like they wanted to put it right across from the hooters... were u like a floor manager at WH?

I do a lot of cardio actually... whether its running 3 miles in the morning for mandatory pt,, or my own elliptical/ tredmill routine,, or if its basketball practice. I have each of those 3 times a week... so thats cardio 9 times a week plus i have a workout routine that is a in an 8 day cycle... with 2 days off. but im not taking lipo 6x right now,, im making sure my body doesnt get used to it.

The only bad thing that i have noticed about lipo 6x is that after like 3 weeks it kinda stops cutting fat. but those first 2 weeks u cut weight like crazy!

Elijah! How are you?! I havent talked to you in so0 long!! Thank you for telling me about Lipo 6x! it worked out really well! i lost 16lbs in 20days... but i realized that you gotta only take like in 3 weeks intervals... b/c your body gets used to it i guess. I am playing ball and lifting so i am always on the go! its crazy... well i hope all is well for you! send me an e-mail at work! im going to be there a lot this week we have to do a nother exercise!! ttyl! xoxo!
