Secret #1: Calculate your daily caloric intakeĀ 

TO PUT ON WEIGHT YOU MUST CONSUME MORE CALORIES THAN YOU BURN! My basic rule of thumb is to take your current weight and multiply it by 20 to determine what your daily caloric intake should be. Example(170 x 20 = 3400...

Man, pretty damned good and tasty. Of course I'll be eating on leftovers until tomorrow but eh, I probably enjoyed myself a bit too much. The training week starts today though. Going to get in a ton of extra work. I can't believe you even have much fat to trim off to get down to fighting weight.

LOL, being the best at everything? I feel you on that. I try to live my professional life like that but eh, when your whole field completely changes every 18 months its touch staying on top of it all ... but its fun too. What do you mean though? You're too heavy for the majority of your fights?
