I actually was not supposed to be at work one day , but a guy that worked at the gym came in and told me about a special membership deal they had going on, so I joined knowing that I was way outta shape ..
Why I Love It:
It can make you go from feeling like crap to great in a couple hours time .. and the results help =)
How I Stay Motivated:
My results I've gotten, the compliments, my fitness magazines, and my awesome friends that I have made at the gym keep me going .. especially when I reallllly want just a gallon of ice cream =) And last, but definitely not least Mr. Rocky Balboa !

What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
That's it -- you have to live for what's going to be happening down the road .. NOT in the moment ! REMEMBER -- short term pleasures equals long term pain , but short term pain equals long term pleasure ! BEGIN WITH THE END IN MIND .. Intense is good! As for me, took a week off and hitting it hard again, this time focusing on performance...happy that I've added size now its tim eto get some hardcore endurance and bring up those lifts!
