I was tired of seeing what I was in the mirror and had the choice to do something or be lazy and continue hating my body, I never and will never regret my choice

Cause of the gains and what it feels to lift, when you accomplish a hard training, you'r proud of yourself.

By seeing the benefits of training hard and eating healty. The pump and people's compliments help too !
