"“If you are going to win any battle, you have to do one thing. You have to make the mind run the body. Never let the body tell the mind what to do...the body is never tired if the mind is not tired.†General George S. Patton."
What can be said, I've been bitten by the bug. I love the feeling of the blood rushing through my body and the skin tearing pumps.
How I Stay Motivated:
Well, when everybody realized I had a nice body last year during my cross country practice, I started working harder, and I've had great feedback and results. This is very motivational.
BB Accomplishments:
Well, I started in January 2005 @ 125 lbs, and now I weigh in @ a little over 170 w/ lower bf. That's over 40lbs of muscle gained!

Goal (Long):
For this year, I would like to gain at least 10-20lbs. I know this is def. a reachable and feasible goal. Broken down I need to gain only .2-.4lbs of muscle a week. Cake. When I get my diet down, I'll start packin on the pounds. In college (Liberty University, Virginia), I want to compete in a sanctioned amateur show and hopefully place. I think I will do well if I can stay disciplined.
