Well I kind of have a gym...just this little dinky exercise room at my apartment complex. it's got a bench machine, a multi-pull, a leg press and leg raise machine and some dumbells. The weight isn't all that heavy, but I think if i get creative, between the dumbells and multi-pull, I might be able to maintain well enough. We'll see how it goes
just droppin in to see how things are going for you man. I'm still trying to maintain for the summer since I don't have access to a gym where I can lift heavy. I've lost a little size in my arms, it seems to me, but I haven't busted out the tape to be sure. Still hittin it hard?
But here lately really man I have started cleaning up my diet. Just to see what I would look like if I ate six to eight times a day instead of two or three.
I usually get simple carbs in me after workouts and any kind of meat I can get my hands on. I eat whatever I want I just take every workout like it would be my last. A lot of times after my workouts I will have a frosty and chili or a grilled chicken wrap from wendys.

Thanx, Dawg..Yeah...My wrist probably could've healed a lil' better, had I not had 2 break up a nasty brawl 1 nite while I was bouncing. Had 2 restrain when he noticed his man caught a buck50! Other than that...u lookin' ROCK! Tie a string up 2 ur legz, I might be able 2 put u up 2 flight with ur wings flare'n like they r! lol Ur a beast!!!
Well, you know what they say. Practice makes perfect. Be proud of yourself though. You've already overcome the challenge of doing it for the first time and I'm sure you'll be bigger and better next time. I can't wait til I reach that point myself. Good luck!
Yeah bodybuilding has always just been fun. But sure any little tricks I dont mind passing along. Im seriously thinking about making a little training vid. If enough people are interested.
You mean "see" food right. haha. yeah I gained 10lbs the past 2 months. I'm 170 now at 7%bf and 5'10" so 30 more pounds to go and I'll be at my goal weight. how that show go that you did in april??
Wassup man! Training is going well. I'm experimenting with the 5-day Layne Norton split routine and it's working. I'm putting on weight slowly--about 190 now. My goal is to hit 200 sometime this summer. I read your latest blog. Did you smile onstage? Obviously, you have to pose right, but you shouldn't look like you want to cut someone up there either. LOL That's some advice I've often heard.
