How I Started:
Played Football in High School. Got lazy from graduation 2007 until 2009. Finally got up and started again.
Why I Love It:
The rush of Endorphines after the workout is over. Seeing new progress on a lift, seeing muscles get bigger.
How I Stay Motivated:
Not hard to do. I do it to look and feel better.
