How I Started:
I was deployed to the desert and while I was trying to sleep one morning I rolled over on my side and my new potbelly soon followed. So from that day on I became a health nut and a year later got into bodybuilding!
Why I Love It:
I always had baseball/football in high school so when i got hurt my seniour year my scholarship was taken from me. After two years in the military I was depressed not having anything to be obsessed with and bodybuilding/powerlifting is my new best friend!
How I Stay Motivated:
umm,...just think of squats keeps me motivated,...how? i hate em' but they're my favorite right ahead of deads
