I have lifted, played sports, and worked out in the military for years.
Why I Love It:
Your body's looks and fitness are the result of your hard work and dedication. When you do a good job - it shows.
How I Stay Motivated:
I feel fat, out of shape and unmotivated... which makes me work out all that much harder. It's a vicious cycle really...
BB Accomplishments:
Never having much chest strength my whole life, I finally benched my 4th set of 8 at 260lbs the other night. (which was my max weight just 3 months ago)

I want to get in shape for a RiverRun (5k) race for charity in a month and a half. I would like to run it in under 21 min. I also want to get a 300 on the army PT test and washboard abs, gorilla titties, etc....
