Hurting myself and doing it completely wrong.
Why I Love It:
Because I look better and feel great.
How I Stay Motivated:
I would say little things make me motivated. Maybe somebody's comment towards me or looking at myself in the mirror or even a headache will motivate me to go run.

What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
Elliptical. It drops fat very quickly because I can run 5 miles and get nothing compared to 5 miles on the resistance without the strain on my knees(I got stress fractures).

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
If it helps them then it is okay but some people do it to just be funny and that's just annoying.
I hope you stay safe man...where is home for you? Man it has taken some time to drop some weigth, but about 40 lbs is the total. I changed some of my eating habits. I still need to work on that. I also lift 3 times a week and cardio 3 times a week. how about you?
