How I Started:
I started working out for High School football. My head coach was ex-army. Needless to say our workouts were hellacious. However, I quickly learned to love it. I enjoy the satisfaction of mentally conquering the physical pain.

How I Stay Motivated:
I am an aspiring fitness competitor/model. Knowing that I am going to be on stage fuels my intensity. I want my physique to be elite. One day I hope to say that I have accomplished that.

hey hows things going man? i see the new pics are up!!! sweet pics man! hey i just wanted to let you know that, that workout for biceps that you told me about last month. about putting on 25's and some 5's too and doing them on a straight bar, i use a curl bar but gesh man thanks to your advice im slowing seeing results come from it, after doing it for a while i feel more firmness and development! i appreciate it! (sorry i didnt reply sooner)
