Lose that final layer of fat over my lower abs and pack on as much muscle as possible.
Goal (Long):
I started training 2 years ago because I was sick for 4 weeks and in pretty bad shape. I ended up having the flu, a chest infection, a sinus infection, plus kidney and bladder infections all at the same time! smh. I promised myself to never end up that way again. On top of all this, I had developed a pudgy, beer belly. For the most part I've dropped the belly, but I'm finding it EXTREMELY difficult to get rid of that small layer of fat over my lower abs. I've been doing more cardio (which I hate WITH A PASSION!) over the past 2 1/2 months as well as working my abs at least 3 times a week without seeing any dramatic changes. Forget hard gainer, I'm a hard loser! Whatever, I'm gonna keep at it and see what happens.
