Compete in both the open and masters divisions of the npc. Take on the challenge of competing at the national level in 2008.
Goal (Long):
Stay focused in 2008 and maintain the intensity of being prepared to compete at the national level in 2008 or 2009. I have competed in two contests each year for the past two years and need to get that first victory. In all four competitions I have placed second or third in the respective classes . This year I am extremely focused to get myself that first victory as a middle weight or on the national level as a welter weight. Having a family now keeps me even more focused to stay young and healthy. Having returned to competition in 2006 for the first time since 1992 I am in the best shape of my life, comprable to my early twenties and feel great. I will strive to achieve these goals and pursue a national level victory before reaching the age of fourty. I would also like to pursue some personal training to help others in their pursuits and possible modeling or advertisement work on the side from my career.
What supplements do you take immediately after your workout? Why?

Other than that i will sometimes take a dose of creatine monohydrate.
